Collected Information: Ad Giants, LLC does not collect any customer information via its web site. We do offer a
private area for client interaction and information exchange that requires the user to identify themselves via a
user ID and password.

Ad Giants, LLC requies clients who subscribe to the products and services we offer to provide contact
information, which may include their name, their company’s name, address, phone number, e-mail address,
financial qualification and billing information and the number of users within the organization that will be
using our systems. At the time you express interest in attaining additional information, or when you subscribe
as a client, we may also ask for additional personal information, such as title, department name, fax number,
or additional company information, such as annual revenues, number of employees, or industry. Customers
can request that we update or remove their personal information at any time.

The information that Ad Giants, LLC collects is used to establish service for individuals and their organizations.
We may also use the information to contact clients or site visitors to further discuss their interest in our company,
the systems and services we provide, and to send information regarding our company, such as promotions and
special events. Client email addresses and any personal information will not be distributed or shared with third
parties. Separately, clients are also asked to provide an email address when subscribing to our systems and
services in order to receive a username and password. We may also email information regarding updates to
our systems and services, or our company.

Except as we explicitly state at the time we request information, or as provided for in the Ad Giants Master
Subscription Agreement, we do not disclose to third parties the information provided. All financial and billing
information is collected outside the website. and is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective clients
and to bill for service. Any billing information is not used by Ad Giants, LLC for marketing or promotional
purposes. Within our system, Ad Giants, LLC uses a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing.
This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the
information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing. Credit Card numbers are NOT
captured by Ad Giants or stored in Ad Giants’ databases or other media. Other third parties, such as content
providers, may provide content on the Web Site but they are not permitted to collect any information nor does
Ad Giants, LLC share user information with these parties.

Clients of Ad Giants, LLC will be using the Site to access data and information. Ad Giants will not review,
share, distribute, print, or reference any such data or information except as provided in the Ad Giants Master
Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed
only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Master Subscription
Agreement, or as may be required by law. Of course, clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
and security of their user registration and password.

Ad Giants, LLC may also collect certain information from visitors to the Site and clients of our systems and
services, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to
administer our Site in order to constantly improve the quality of the our services. We may also track and analyze
non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our visitors and clients and provide
such information to third parties.
